Anyway, today's dinner was terrible. My parents wanted to go out to eat, initially supposed to go Sakae, but then my brother pangseh, go with his friends. I too tired to care. Then we decided to go Causeway Point, then I needed to eat pasta cos tmr marathon, must carbo load today. So pastamania. Then I ordered first, parents couldn't decide what to order. I sat down, and then they told me they wanted to eat at Yoshinoya. So they pangseh me. I sat there all alone eating my stupid pasta. That totally sucked man. But I'm really too tired to get angry or what. I chiong my dinner, so paiseh, one person sit there alone. SIANZXZXZXZXZXZ.
10km run tmr. Idk how's it gonna be like. Hopefully good weather. This will be the last post here. (:

Watched 4 Christmases today with the England clique. Other than the length of the movie (super short!!), I'd say it's a really good movie to catch this Christmas. I personally find it super good. I like this kind, the romance + comedy + some deep thinking kind.

This is our Prom Queen.
Today woke up at 230pm. Shiok. But wasted one whole day.
Friendly was good. Finally got to play ball again after 1 week. My touch is still intact! Scored many points today, quite happy.
The day I came back from England, my body started to have rashes. Idk what to do. Very itchy.
Training tmr, then shopping with my mom for Christmas presents.
Feel very sian. Feel like throwing in the towel. But cannot. Otherwise die ttm.
You hold in your hand, your handphone, waiting and waiting. For a message, for a call, whatever. You just want someone to talk to, and yet, you hold the phone in vain, it doesn't vibrate, it doesn't ring. You chuck it in your bag and take out your handy ipod, and listen to music all the way home.

Prom was a bummer. Except for the fact that I got to take a lot of pictures with handsome hunks and beautiful babes. The rest of the evening was spent with some volleyball peeps, sitting down in a pub in Clarke Quay, drinking Bourbon Coca-cola. Played daidee till 3am, then cabbed home. Boring evening.
OH btw we saw Fiona Xie, Allan Wu and Michelle Chia at Clarke Quay shooting a commercial for Carlsberg! How cool is that! She's damn hot btw, Fiona Xie. HAHAHA. |

I'm back from England! It wasn't as good as I expected, and I didn't really expect much. Never mind.
Sitting by the laptop with a glass of Bailey's Irish Cream Caramel, I contemplate the things we did in England, i feel like I'm gonna go crazy cos I went to England and did nothing but educational things. More of this another day. Jetlagged. 8 hours difference, makes my body clock screwed! |

I had the best dream EVER. And I woke up to the alarm, and i really thought it was true. And then I checked my phone. Damn, it was just a dream.
Okay, yesterday, headed down to Kuishinbo with A06ers in the end. The food there is DAMN BLOODY good. I swear, the most worth it buffet in my entire life. And it's not fattening, cos it's japanese food! Walked around Great World, then went to town. We were all so full so we just bought a drink and supposed to find a seat, but everywhere crowded, so just went home. Lol. We came up with the most interesting conversations ever. I'm lazy to blog about it, so go see takeacrap (ger) or zaaaara .
Went to hospital after that, doctor said his intestines got tangled up, so must untangle, and then keep in observation for a few days. But he was on anaesthetic, so didn't really respond, only said he was feeling cold. He could barely open his eyes, so just let him sleep.
Okay, then today training super good. Only 4 boys came. Lucky Sim and Yy came to help us. Cos today got friendly. Don't even have 6 people can't play shit. I guess everyone forgot about the training? Damn pissed, but oh well, those not committed gonna face some actions already. Back me up on this, it's the player's duty to ask the captain whether there's training right? And not the captain always reminding people there's training. But today indoor so I quite satisfied.
Okay never mind. Now at home resting, big day tmr. Have to go airport by 1130pm, then monday morning flight. I'm super damn excited cos...

That day during the briefing I asked Mdm Pathrose and Mdm Lai whether can stop by OT, cos manchester what, and also got some free time. Then I used my iTouch to check the map of OT, the airport, and where we're headed. It was freaking on the way!! I was so happy. And other people also were like happy cos we're going to the Theatre of Dreams!! (: Just hope i don't spend all my money on the first day. I'm so excited!

Woke up, did V-situps, ran round the neighbourhood, visited my grandparents. all before 10am. My grandfather's eyes are getting droopier. I scared.
Bought alot of crap today! Quite happy. Started off at Vivo with Nicholas, Weijie and Eunice. Had Pizza Hut for lunch, which was awesome btw, and then the couple had to go work. So left me and Nic. David came along, and we 3 guys walked around Vivo to find things that I needed for prom. In the end, bought a goldlion bowtie from Tangs and then decided to go town. Nic went home. David and I went to Far East, and for the first time in my entire life, I tried Chippy's fried mars bar. I nearly died. So thick, so oily, so damn unhealthy. I felt nauseous for a while, seriously. Then walked around and got a good deal for my suspenders. 3 for $10. Happy ttm. Then walked around Wisma and Taka, then bought a t-shirt from giordano since 30% off. And then came home, borrowed blazer from Glenn. Now full set ready. Just need to buy shoes. Excited!
Now sian. Tmr sentosa in the morning then meeting Tenzing watch at night. All the way at Simpang. Don't even know where the hell is that haha. It's what, Tanah Merah? Dinner there. Excited s'more!

I'm in a Christmas-y mood! Cos there was a Christmas CD playing in my dad's car, and I forgot how much I loved this festive season. The most favouritest of all holidays. I love Christmas!! (:(:
Anyway had a damn huge feast today. After church went to Holland with my cell to have CJLMXLB. Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao. Hahaah. I had one bowl of la mian and one whole Long of xlb to myself. DAMN SHIOK. After that walked like 5 steps to the next shop, FROLICK. Had a small regular w/o any toppings. I like it plain. And then, went to Starbucks and got the Toffee Nut Frappuccino. I was damn full by the time I finished the frapp. Super happy. (:
THEN, came home slacked a while, then wanted to go South Buona Vista Road eat duck rice with my parents, but then closed. So we went o Alexandra Village. We 3 shared 1 bbq stingray, vegetables, and omelette. WOOHOO. Super full by the time I finished. And it was topped up by a big glass of avocado juice. AWESOME. :D
Tomorrow going to school to play bball with Weijie and Christopher. But first, got to go polyclinic see doctor. SIAN. My face got HUGE breakout, don't know if it's heat rash or what sia. ALOT of pimples. I scared cannot cure in time for England.
This whole week is just eating to the max. Tues maybe pizza hut lunch with yile weijie eunice, wed dinner with Tenzing, thurs steak with hosea, friday holland again with JD jiayi and ruth.
I'm glad for the friends around me to take my mind off certain matters. (:

Sometimes I wonder why life's like that. Full of ups and downs. And it's never one step at a time, it's one huge mountain coming at you, so you just roll down. Yesterday the driving thing with my brother, super pissed off cos I was sleeping so soundly on the couch till i heard them quarrel. Today also same thing. My parents allow him to drive only when they're around, and then he drives super fast, even I agree with my parents. He's just so damn stubborn to listen, saying he's in the wrong, and then he says nobody tells him how to drive, only his instructor, and my dad shouted in the car, "And the owner of this car!" It's been a long while since my dad shouted. I've never seen him angry in a long long time. Really. I just wanted to punch my brother. But I just kept quiet and told him he was in the wrong. He just blast the music louder. FYI he was driving 70km/h on a normal road. Compared to my dad who has like 25 years of driving experience, who is he to argue?
Mission trip stuff ain't going so well. Time's tight, people pressing for reports, no air tix out of the country, everyone's away for hols so can't have proper training/planning...
Volleyball teacher just emailed me a bunch of stuff to fill in - admin crap. Results and all that.
Irritated by my skin peeling and outbreak/rashes on the face, muscle on the verge of tearing on my back, super painful.
My grandfather constantly closes his eyes for prolonged periods of time, and always says that he wants to go home. This - I'm damn scared.
I don't think I'm strong enough to handle this shit when it comes.

Okay! I'm here to blog about OBS, so this post will be damn damn long. Anyway, today woke up at about 1030, then decided to go down to Fairfield to play volleyball. And I enjoyed myself, it was a good workout to get my ball sense back. Awesome. Headed down to Ikea for dinner, and I must say I really love it there, cos the ambience is very much like the restaurants overseas, which I really like. A whole new feel. Okay, here goes!

What the fuck. First day out of camp into 'home sweet home' is marred by the quarreling of my brother with my parents about using the car. Sometimes I wish I was out back in the tents, in the kayak, whatever. Just to get away from the unhappiness. Shit. Will blog more tomorrow about the camp, which was fantastic by the way.

OBS tmr. If I told you I was excited, I'd be lying. I don't know, training outdoors is tiring enough, now i have to go away from the comforts of my beautiful home to slog in the hot sun for the Ultimate Water Expedition, which I hope will involve ALOT of kayaking. Canned food for one week, I think i'm gonna get constipation, so I ate a banana just now, and pangsai ttm already. HAHAHA! 5 days is a long time, I had to pack a shitload of stuff and 1 duffel bag ain't enough. SIAN.
Oh. Bought a new phone yesterday, forgot to mention. And my contact list just gone. Didn't save it with the SIM card, so just disappear, cos I traded in my phone. So please tell me your contacts otherwise I'd be a kuku trying to figure out who's who. I won't bring my phone to OBS(like duh! it's new!) so just msg me also can, or leave a comment. Xie xie ni.
I honestly can't wait for 23rd Nov. Have to reach airport by 1130pm, to FLY OFF TO ENGLAND! Really really looking forward to it. I wanna fly away and never come back.
Heard A levels tough as shit. I'm so damn scared for next year. Gotta start mugging after England.

I am so damn tired and worn out right now. Thursday results day, went to Sentosa to play beach volleyball. Not too bad. Had fun, and played some competitive vball too. And that was the start of the end. Friday whole day was spent walking around Bugis/Beach Road area, and watched Quantum of Solace, which, sad to say, was not as interesting as the first one. I actually thought it was a tad boring, and when it ended i was like, huh? Like that only ah. SIAN.
Bought solid fuel, cotton twine and booties for OBS on Monday, which I'm dying NOT to go for. Today training from 8am-12pm in the desert. Okay actually it was outdoor training. The sun never stopped shining, it was like a desert. I nearly died. All of us are burnt, and there 5 more days of OBS in the freakishly HOT SUN. I think i'll get skin cancer. Die ttm. How?
I BOUGHT MY BAGPACK FINALLY. Eastpak khaki colour, for 40 bucks! Cheap ehh? I went to beach road and bargained with the aunty. Hahaha. I think it's quite nice, and i really really like it. HAPPY. Okay, i'm going to crash now. Because I'm burning up, and I feel totally weak. See ya.

So today had friendly. But nobody came. Only 5 of us. Stupid. Don't wanna talk about it.
And then went to town after that with Clifford, bought 2 bermudas from Giordano and 2 teeshirts from Topman. Quite happy. Altogether less than 85 bucks. Not bad ehh? And I bought tighter stuff, like just nice tight fit for me, so my brother can't wear it. He has a belly. Hope his waist isn't 29. He keeps wearing my stuff i just wanna slap him. Really. punchkickslapthrow@!#^%##!$#@.
Rained like crap today. Hope tmr don't rain, cos going Sentosa after release of PROMOTIONAL STATUS. Scared? A lil'. Confident? Quite.
My mom keeps asking me to pack my study table and i tell her give me my own room and i'll do it. FYI, i'm near 18 and my bro's near 21 and we sleep in the same room. What the crap right. I feel like running away now cos she keeps telling me to start studying and next year no time to study for A levels. I ignore her and hide in my room, and she goes around the house slamming doors and going "TSK, TSK". I'm quite sick of this, really.
I just want my own damn room, where i can blast loud music and play the guitar anytime i want, and study without having my brother to blast his video games, and when he wants to sleep i have to switch everything off: laptop, music blah blah. I'm quite tired of this already. I need some living alone time. Thank God I'm going OBS and England.

Today was a great day. I went swimming in the morning, and got really tan cos the sun was shining like directly onto the whole pool. No clouds or whatever. Great time for tanning. And, after that went home to slack while waiting to go collect my pay, watched Transformers in the meantime (sidenote: megan fox is hot!), and then it started pouring like mad, with thunder and lightning and all, i was quite scared to leave the house cos the storm damn fierce. Hahaha.
Anyhow, went to Shaw and got my pay. $330.50 for 2 weeks. Not too bad lah. Headed down to Commonwealth and had dinner with Clifford and Ayleen, and got my daily disposable contacts for next week's OBS. Went down to Queensway after that, bought white shorts and they gave it to us (Clifford and I) in a pink plastic bag. So gay. Shopping again tmr, I wanna get Dickies/EastPak/Nike backpack, converse shoes/nike dunks, haven't decided yet.
So after, we (Amantha joined us there) went Ikea to eat hotdogs and ice-cream, and while we were busy munching our stuff, we left our pink plastic bag on the floor, and totally forgot about it. We walked around the food shop that sells all the Swedish stuff, which is next to the eating place, for about 5 mins. Then we realised we left the plastic bag there. When we went back there, it was gone. I was so upset. At first we thought one of us was playing a trick, still can joke. After we checked everybody's bag, we realised it was really gone. So we asked around and someone told us somebody took it and left already. I was like "WHATTHEHELL!??" Who the heck would steal our shorts!? Basket! Super pissed and upset about it, cos my first purchase from my salary, and it got stolen. Freak. I was really really upset by it. But then after I saw an old lady selling tissue paper by the road (3 for $1 kind), and I was like, what am I doing? People fighting for survival and here I am complaining about my stolen shorts. I felt a lil' unhappy, but decided against the remorse cos I know there are other people out there hurting more than me. So yeah. I got over it already.
Friendly with BP at CCK stadium tmr morning, can't wait to play ball again. Shopping in the afternoon, and Sentosa on Thurs. NICE.
